In the last months of 2018 I decided to participate in Insydium's X-Particles Challenge. We were given a template, rules and a maximum of 150 frames to animate. The challenge was to use the plugin in very original and creative ways. This is my entry. I was also very lucky to have Joe Basile collaborate with me on Sound Design and Music. X-Particles Challenge 2018 The 'X' geometry was created using the volume builder in Cinema 4D R20, in combination with cloners and some polygon modelling. The pipe structures were generated with X-Particles using the network modifier.
